Melanie began her career as the Professional Relations Coordinator for the practices in 2008. Originally from Chicago she relocated to Arizona in the summer of 2006. Melanie is committed to using her marketing and customer service background to create a more personal experience for referring Dentists and their front office staff. Her main goal is to help make the referring process as seamless as possible. Melanie is a positive extension of our front office team and is here to answer any questions you may have in regards to insurances, copays and billing. Melanie enjoys hiking, spending time with family and travelling the world.
Monique was born in San Jose California. Growing up in a military family, Monique spent most of her childhood in either California or Virginia. Monique relocated to Arizona in 2001 with her husband and three children. In 2014 Monique graduated from the Grand Canyon University with her MBA. Monique has been with our office since 2008 and is one of the first people you will speak to when calling Surprise Endodontics. She manages the front office as well as coordinates treatment plans in Surprise and works hand-in-hand with patients, referring offices and insurances.
Jenny was born in Olongopa City, Philippines. She moved to San Diego when she was four years old and relocated to Arizona in the summer of 2006. After completing her education at UEI, Jenny immediately jumped into the Dental Field and has been Dr. Castano’s lead assistant since 2006. Jenny is happily married and has two sons whom she adores very much. When Jenny is away from the office she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and staying active by competing in fitness competitions.
