Dr. Erik Foisy’s journey began amidst the stunning landscapes of Colorado and Southern Utah. A true global citizen from his youth, he immersed himself in Chilean culture for two transformative years, honing his fluency in Spanish. His academic path led him to the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in biology, laying the foundation for his future pursuits. With unwavering dedication, Dr. Foisy graduated summa cum laude from the UNLV School of Dental Medicine, a testament to his commitment to excellence. Recognized for his outstanding achievements, he was selected for induction into the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society.

Dr. Foisy’s service to his country began in 1999, embarking on a distinguished military career. Initially serving as an artillery officer in the Army National Guard, he later transitioned to the role of a dental officer in the Army. Throughout his military tenure, he bravely served overseas, contributing to Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom.

Driven by a thirst for knowledge and mastery in his field, he pursued further education, obtaining a Master of Science degree and completing an endodontic specialty residency program at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia. In 2020, Dr. Foisy, alongside his wife Savannah and their three children, embraced a new chapter in the Valley. Beyond the realm of dentistry, he finds solace and joy in outdoor pursuits, relishing moments of adventure through mountain biking, water sports, and exploration of nature’s wonders.
